Kirk Parsley, MD., is a former Navy SEAL who received his Medical Degree from Bethesda, Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS) and is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He has served as Naval Special Warfare’s expert on Sleep Medicine. Doctor Parsley lectures worldwide on sleep and created the Sleep Remedy product which has been specifically designed to help overcome the most common nutritional deficiencies that can interfere with sleep.

MEET MARK DIVINE
Mark Divine is a native of upstate New York. He earned a degree in economics from Colgate University, and an MBA in finance from The New York University Stern School of Business.
Mark’s first career was with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Certified Public Accountant. Four years after joining the firm, Mark left to pursue his vision to become an elite Navy SEAL officer.
He graduated as Honor Man, the #1-ranked trainee, of his SEAL BUD/S class number 170. Mark served nine years on active duty and eleven years as a Reserve SEAL, retiring as Commander in 2011.
Mark embarked on his third career as an entrepreneur in 1996 by co-founding the Coronado Brewing Company and founding NavySEALs.com.
He later sold his interest in CBC but continues to run NavySEALs.com, the leading online source of SEAL gear and information.
In 2006 he launched US Tactical, a government contracting business, where he gained contracts with Naval Special Warfare Group ONE for training support, and with the Navy Recruiting Command for a mentoring program for SEAL trainees.
This program is credited with increasing the quality of Navy SEAL candidates and reducing the attrition rate at BUD/S by up to five percent.
Mark was an adjunct professor of leadership at the University of San Diego, where he left a PHD program due to the Iraq War Reserve call-up. Serving in Baghdad with the SEALs in 2004, he conducted a special study for the Department of Defense on the role of the US Marine Corps in the special operations community.
Mark is the author of The Way Of The SEAL, and 8 Weeks To SEALFIT. He is also an accomplished martial artist with black belts in Seido and Goju Ryu Karate, and senior ranking in Saito Ninjitsu. He is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher and created the Kokoro yoga program.
Mark lives in Encinitas, California, several blocks from the SEALFIT Training Center, the 20,000-square-foot facility where he enjoys training with his family and team.

Michael D. Ostrolenk is the Program Director and Master Coach for SEALFIT’s Unbeatable Mind Academy. He is also a social entrepreneur, and leading expert in the field of transpartisan public policy. He has successfully convened policy initiatives in the areas of transparency, privacy, defense, foreign policy and national security.
Greg is one of the original CrossFit® athletes mentored by CrossFit founders Greg and Lauren Glassman. He is the founder of Satvana Yoga, Krav Maga Santa Cruz and CrossFit® Amundson, and is a certified Advanced Kokoro Yoga instructor.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz, the US Army Officer Candidate School, South Bay Regional Public Safety Academy, and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Federal Academy.
Catherine Divine is the head facilitator and co-author of Kokoro Yoga. She is 500 hr. ERYT, certified in Crossfit Level 1 and TRX. She has 15 years experience of dedicated practice and teaching in meditation and yoga.
She delivers customized trainings, workshops, and lectures for SEALFIT, Unbeatable and Kokoro Yoga. Catherine spins her knowledge, personal practice and continuing education to create a powerful and transformative environment for self discovery.
